Cynthia Lee CCIM, TACS, GRI is a prominent figure in the world of commercial real estate and a recognized leader in the industry. As the National President of KW Commercial - Keller Williams Realty International, she has been honored as one of Texas Business Journals' "Top 100" Most Influential People.
Cynthia also serves as Commercial Leadership Director for Keller Williams City View in San Antonio, Texas, where her visionary leadership grew the division into the largest in the company. Her ability to scale organizations, break barriers, and foster diversity has redefined what’s possible in the commercial real estate sector.
Nationally, Cynthia is recognized as an expert in franchise site selection. For over 15 years, she has represented and managed the portfolios of nearly two dozen national franchise brands, including Altitude Trampoline Park, The Pickle Pad, Salata, Crumbl Cookies, Title Boxing, Studio Pilates, Massage Heights – Heights Wellness Retreat, Skiptown, Clean Eatz, Keller Williams, American Deli, Face to Face Spa, Tapster, Ritual Hot Yoga, and Drive Automotive, among others.
As CEO of 9Collective, Cynthia leads an all-encompassing real estate platform that supports franchisors, franchisees, and real estate professionals seeking to elevate their knowledge and systems in site selection strategy.
A sought-after speaker, panelist, and moderator, Cynthia has been featured at leading franchise trade shows, national brand conferences, and retail events including the NBA Summer League Games and Franchise Springboard. She is a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Among her distinctions, Cynthia holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, denoting advanced expertise in financial and market analysis. She is a Past President of the San Antonio/South Texas CCIM Chapter and remains deeply involved in its mission. She was also among the first recipients of the Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) designation by Texas Realtors. Additionally, Cynthia is a member of CREW – Commercial Real Estate Women.
Cynthia began her commercial real estate career with Transwestern, later returning to Keller Williams to leverage the synergy between commercial and residential markets. She also holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, reflecting her deep understanding of residential trends and consumer behavior.
Prior to real estate, Cynthia spent 16 years as a television news anchor and reporter for KABB-TV, followed by a decade-long career as a residential Realtor.
Her commitment to community runs just as deep. She served three terms on the Executive Board of the Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (City of San Antonio), is a Leadership San Antonio alumna, and has been featured as a Top Broker in Texas Monthly. She currently serves as a Board Director for the Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation, supporting Texas’s last remaining city- and county-owned hospital.
Outside of her professional achievements, Cynthia is a dedicated wife and mother, professional pianist, emcee, certified kickboxing and boot camp instructor, Reiki Master, and practitioner of Transcendental Meditation. A proud native of Seguin, Texas, she is an alumna of Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas.

Chantel Martinez knows how to execute and close commercial real estate deals while keeping the client fully informed.
Chantel is a licensed Commercial Broker Associate to Cynthia Lee at KW Commercial and has leased and sold over 650,000 square feet of office, retail and flex space. She’s successfully negotiated over 200 leases and sales contracts worth over $150M. She specializes in tenant representation with a niche in franchising.
She’s closed multiple deals for national franchise brands such as Crumbl Cookies, Massage Heights, and Pinspiration. Chantel loves the thrill of working with franchise brands to understand the challenges of their site selection and helping them establish a winning real estate process.
Chantel’s background includes working for a Mega Church in San Antonio before jumping into real estate where she spent four years working for a top residential real estate team in San Antonio. That experience helped broaden her overall understanding of market growth and how residential and commercial real estate truly go hand-in-hand.
Chantel was born in Houston and raised in San Antonio. She attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Bible and Theology. Chantel and her husband have two maltipoo puppies (pictures available upon request). When she’s outside of the office, you can find Chantel at a sushi restaurant, walking the streets of Polanco (Mexico City), or most likely at a slot machine in Las Vegas!
Bret Franson is an expert in consumer and commercial real estate analytics. Bret has the skill of identifying the key consumer behaviors and real estate variables that contribute to a brand's performance. Bret has a core belief that transparency is the key to success in business and personal relationships. Bret is committed to winning and has a “Never Quit” attitude.
Bret’s passion is discovery and adventure. He enjoys getting the answers to the unknown that helps businesses grow. Bret serves as a business development and growth consultant for multiple businesses, including emerging franchisors, retail brands, and a medical research and treatment facility.Bret has experience as a franchise business owner, an independent business owner, real estate investor, and Vice President of Franchise Development for Massage Heights and The Gents Place. Bret’s efforts in franchising have been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine, Fortune Magazine, and Franchise Times Magazine.

Bret is a husband and father. In his spare time, Bret is a professional international off-road racer where he competes in the U.S. and Mexico. In 2020 Bret won the longest off-road race in the United States.
With 12 years of experience in logistics and a background in Business Administration, Jerry brings a seasoned operational perspective to his role as a Brokerage Coordinator in commercial real estate. Jerry's expertise lies in understanding unique business requirements and delivering tailored solutions that align with client projects and goals.
Jerry is highly skilled in managing processes, timelines, and communications to ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. His proactive approach allows me to identify potential challenges early and implement strategies to overcome them. Joy graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in English and holds a UCLA certificate in Early Childhood Education.

A fresh graduate from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Sabrina is an enthusiastic worker who learns quickly on the job and always aims to deliver.
She was an active student leader in various organizations during university and has had time working under her university's Office for Student Affairs, allowing her to expand her skillset in social media management, publication material creation, market research, and administrative work.
Sabrina currently handles administrative tasks and manages social media on behalf of the team. When she is not at work, she enjoys baking, reading, and playing all kinds of sports.
With over 11 years of diverse experience, Migs Miguel has built a robust career spanning social media and email management, database and website administration, content writing, technical support, customer service, administrative assistance, and research.
