Cynthia Lee CCIM, TACS, GRI

Cynthia Lee CCIM, TACS, GRI is the Executive Leader for KW Commercial - Keller Williams Realty International.

 

She is also the Managing Director for the Commercial Division of Keller Williams City View in San Antonio, Texas.

Cynthia was selected to lead KW Commercial nationwide in 2021 after KWRI noticed how quickly she had grown her local division.

Cynthia’s focus on the corporate level is Strategy and Growth – guiding 2,100+ commercial associates with their businesses and profitability.

 

Apart from her leadership roles, Cynthia is still an active, multi-award-winning licensed real estate Broker who's consistently ranked as one of the top females in KW Commercial.

Cynthia is among an elite group who holds the CCIM designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member. CCIMs are recognized as leading experts in commercial real estate with advanced knowledge in financial and market analysis. Cynthia is a Past President of the San Antonio/South Texas Chapter for CCIM and continues to serve on the local board. She is also among the first to receive Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) by Texas Realtors.

Cynthia is a CoStar Power Broker and specializes in retail and office tenant/buyer representation with a niche' in franchising. She has represented numerous national and regional brands such as Crumbl Cookies, Domino's, Keller Williams City View, Smokey Mo's BBQ, The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group, State Farm - and, carries the prestigious title of Director of Real Estate for San Antonio-based Massage Heights, Phoenix-based Pinspiration, Houston-based Thrive Drip Spa and San Francisco-based Ritual Hot Yoga. She is also the Texas broker for 9Round Kickboxing.

Cynthia has a highly-qualified team in place to handle all commercial real estate transactions both locally and nationally while maintaining her commitment to excellent communication with the client.

Cynthia gained experience as a commercial real estate broker while working for Transwestern. Cynthia transitioned back to Keller Williams to practice both commercial and residential – a synergy she believes is critical. She knows where consumer growth is and further enhanced her residential knowledge by earning the prestigious residential designation, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute.

 Cynthia’s background includes 16 years as a television news anchor and reporter for KABB-TV and 10 years as a residential Realtor.

Cynthia recently served three terms on the Executive Board for Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (City of San Antonio). She is a Leadership San Antonio alum and was featured as a top Broker in multiple issues of Texas Monthly magazine. She has also been recognized in Forbes, Fortune 500, Entrepreneur, and 'O' magazines.

 Cynthia is married and is mother to an elementary school daughter. In her spare time, she is a professional pianist, professional emcee, certified kickboxing and boot camp instructor, certified Reiki Master and practitioner of Transcendental Meditation. Cynthia grew up in Seguin, Texas and is a graduate of SMU in Dallas, Texas.

Chantel Martinez

Licensed Commercial Agent

Precise, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and client driven.

Chantel Martinez knows how to execute and close commercial real estate deals while keeping the client fully informed.

Chantel is a licensed Commercial Broker Associate to Cynthia Lee at KW Commercial and has leased over 100,000 square feet of office, retail and flex space. She specializes in tenant and buyer representation with a niche in franchising.

 

She’s closed multiple deals for franchises such as 9Round Kickboxing and San Antonio-based Jugo Juicery.

Chantel’s background includes four years working for a top residential real estate team in San Antonio. That experience helped broaden her overall understanding of market growth and how residential and commercial real estate truly go hand-in-hand.

Chantel was born in Houston and raised in San Antonio. She attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Bible and Theology.

Chantel and her husband have two maltipoo puppies (pictures available upon request). They spend many of their weekends exploring new cities through hiking,  camping, and searching for the best BBQ restaurants!

Cody Prince

Licensed Commercial Agent & Analyst

Cody Prince is an expert in property analytics for both commercial and residential opportunities.

Drawing from numerous data resources - including some proprietary - Cody combines raw data and algorithms to determine a property's viability for its user and/or owner. He studies information such as disposable incomes, growth patterns, brand demographics, psychographic segments and more to unlock patterns critical to a client's success.

 

Cody’s background includes a BBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Texas-San Antonio where his team won the CCIM Vogel Development Capstone competition.

 

Cody is also licensed and has a background in residential real estate.

 

He spent 17 years of his childhood growing up overseas as a military brat and spends most of his free time backpacking, kayaking, and playing with his rescue dog.

Brendan Broussard

Licensed Commercial Agent

Having started his first job at 14 in his hometown Houston, Brendan is no stranger to rolling his sleeves up and working hard to reach a goal.

His early years were spent with his family’s fire protection company spending summers, breaks, and afternoons supporting the day-to-day needs of massive job sites.

Brendan's love of real estate grew with each plot of land he watched transform into a towering building, and with each completed project his understanding of what makes real estate function also grew. His career in commercial real estate started by simply saying yes to a summer internship based out of Los Angeles.

In this role, he developed a fingertip feel for how the local markets worked, and from here he transitioned into a fully licensed agent specializing in multifamily, office, and retail properties throughout the Los Angeles & surrounding areas in the last 3 years.

 

Since then, Brendan has returned to Houston to bring his clients the same high-level experience and their goals being reached by the next generation of Commercial Brokers.

With KW Commercial, Brendan brings his construction knowledge into multifamily communities, providing unique access to guidance to private equity and family owners. He weekly spends time in the neighborhoods he focuses on, ensuring that the owners he seeks to serve to have the most current updates around the topics and conditions that could most impact their investment real estate experience.

He is excited to share with his clients the ever-growing technology that KW Commercial offers and is truly a tech-enabled agent that improves the real estate experience.

Bret Franson

Franchise Consultant & Real Estate Analyst

Bret Franson is an expert in consumer and commercial real estate analytics. Bret has the skill of identifying the key consumer behaviors and real estate variables that contribute to a brand's performance.  Bret has a core belief that transparency is the key to success in business and personal relationships. Bret is committed to winning and has a “Never Quit” attitude.

 

Bret’s passion is discovery and adventure. He enjoys getting the answers to the unknown that helps businesses grow. Bret serves as a business development and growth consultant for multiple businesses, including emerging franchisors, retail brands, and a medical research and treatment facility.Bret has experience as a franchise business owner, an independent business owner, real estate investor, and Vice President of Franchise Development for Massage Heights and The Gents Place. Bret’s efforts in franchising have been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine, Fortune Magazine, and Franchise Times Magazine.

Bret is a husband and father. In his spare time, Bret is a professional international off-road racer where he competes in the U.S. and Mexico. In 2020 Bret won the longest off-road race in the United States.

Joy Lopez

Administrative Assistant

Joy has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting including over ten years as a junior Paralegal.

 

Having held positions in the legal, banking and business fields, Joy is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of potential and existing clients.

 

She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks and her current scope of work includes comparing LOIs to leases prior to handing the draft leases over to the client's attorney, creating lease abstracts for each executed lease, tracking important lease benchmarks, tracking lease expirations and identifying specific lease language.

 

Joy graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in English and holds a UCLA certificate in Early Childhood Education.

 

Joy is not only precise, but efficient and prompt.
