Cynthia Lee CCIM, TACS, GRI is one of Texas Business Journals "Top 100" Most Influential People of 2022

for her role as National Executive Leader of KW Commercial - Keller Williams Realty International.

Cynthia's making sweeping changes to the brand that are anticipated to disrupt the commercial real estate industry.

Cynthia is also the Managing Director for the Commercial Division of Keller Williams City View in San Antonio, Texas.

Cynthia was selected to lead KW Commercial nationwide in 2021 after KWRI noticed how quickly she had grown her local division.

Cynthia’s focus on the corporate level is Strategy and Growth – guiding 2,600+ commercial associates with their businesses and profitability.

 

Apart from her leadership roles, Cynthia is still an active, multi-award-winning licensed real estate Broker who's consistently ranked as one of the top females in KW Commercial. In 2021, she transacted $38m+.

Cynthia is among an elite group who holds the CCIM designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member. CCIMs are recognized as leading experts in commercial real estate with advanced knowledge in financial and market analysis. Cynthia is a Past President of the San Antonio/South Texas Chapter for CCIM and continues to serve on the local board. She is also among the first to receive Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) by Texas Realtors.

Cynthia is a CoStar Power Broker and specializes in retail and office tenant/buyer representation with a niche' in franchising. She has represented numerous national and regional brands such as Crumbl Cookies, Domino's Pizza, Keller Williams, Smokey Mo's BBQ, The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group, State Farm - and, carries the prestigious title of Director of Real Estate for Massage Heights, Pinspiration, Tumbles, Neighborhood Kids, Drive Automotive, Thrive Drip Spa, and Ritual Hot Yoga. She is also the Texas broker for 9Round Kickboxing.

Cynthia has a highly-qualified team in place to handle all commercial real estate transactions both locally and nationally while maintaining her commitment to excellent communication with the client.

Cynthia gained experience as a commercial real estate broker while working for Transwestern. Cynthia transitioned back to Keller Williams to leverage the synergy between commercial and residential. She knows where consumer growth is and further enhanced her residential knowledge by earning the prestigious residential designation, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute.

 Cynthia’s background includes 16 years as a television news anchor and reporter for KABB-TV and 10 years as a residential Realtor.

Cynthia recently served three terms on the Executive Board for Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (City of San Antonio). She is a Leadership San Antonio alum and was featured as a top Broker in multiple issues of Texas Monthly magazine. She has also been recognized in Forbes, Fortune 500, Entrepreneur, and 'O' magazines.

 Cynthia is married and is mother to an elementary school daughter. In her spare time, she is a professional pianist, professional emcee, certified kickboxing and boot camp instructor, certified Reiki Master and practitioner of Transcendental Meditation. Cynthia grew up in Seguin, Texas and is a graduate of SMU in Dallas, Texas.

Chantel Martinez knows how to execute and close commercial real estate deals while keeping the client fully informed.

Chantel is a licensed Commercial Broker Associate to Cynthia Lee at KW Commercial and has leased over 100,000 square feet of office, retail and flex space. She specializes in tenant and buyer representation with a niche in franchising.

 

She’s closed multiple deals for franchises such as 9Round Kickboxing and San Antonio-based Jugo Juicery.

Chantel’s background includes four years working for a top residential real estate team in San Antonio. That experience helped broaden her overall understanding of market growth and how residential and commercial real estate truly go hand-in-hand.

Chantel was born in Houston and raised in San Antonio. She attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Bible and Theology.

Chantel and her husband have two maltipoo puppies (pictures available upon request). They spend many of their weekends exploring new cities through hiking,  camping, and searching for the best BBQ restaurants!

Doug Collins began his real estate career after graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Development.

 

He has experience in servicing and sourcing Landlord and Tenant representation assignments for retail and industrial assets.

 

In 2020, he co-founded the Young Commercial Real-Estate Advancement Network (YCRAN), a new non-profit organization to help promote young brokerage in San Antonio. Doug is also an active mentor for the UTSA REFD Cap Stone program, a CCIM affiliate, and a CREW San Antonio Committee member.

Doug is known for his work ethic, his ability to maximize value, and his strong networking capabilities. In his free time, he enjoys writing and producing music, traveling, and being active in the Real Estate community.

Cecelia was born into a military family in Colorado and spent the first 12 years of her life adapting to change and new environments. She credits her interest in real estate to the years spent living in Europe and visiting castles. She earned her BBA in Real Estate Financing and Development from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2017. Although she’s lived in San Antonio for the last decade, she considers El Paso home. She’s a natural leader with a determined, competitive drive to succeed.

She recently joined the team as the Brokerage Coordinator and brings five years of commercial project management experience spent overseeing self storage developments in Texas and Nevada. She is a 2022 CCIM Board of Directors member, CCIM affiliate, YCRAN, and SAYP member. When she’s not working, she enjoys working out and spending time outdoors.

Bret’s efforts in franchising have been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine, Fortune Magazine, and Franchise Times Magazine.

Bret is a husband and father. In his spare time, Bret is a professional international off-road racer where he competes in the U.S. and Mexico. In 2020 Bret won the longest off-road race in the United States.

Joy has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting including over ten years as a junior Paralegal.

 

Having held positions in the legal, banking and business fields, Joy is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of potential and existing clients.

 

She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks and her current scope of work includes comparing LOIs to leases prior to handing the draft leases over to the client's attorney, creating lease abstracts for each executed lease, tracking important lease benchmarks, tracking lease expirations and identifying specific lease language.

 

Joy graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in English and holds a UCLA certificate in Early Childhood Education.

 

Joy is not only precise, but efficient and prompt.
